A. Safety

1) Two safety device: water seal tank (anti-back fire device) and safety valve.

2) Double oil gas pipe outlet prevents clogging.

B. High oil yield

1) Double oil gas pipe with cooling.

1) Dedusting system: Three-stage dust removal, Desulfurization dedusting, water film dedusting, spray dust removal.

2) Discharging carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution.

 

D. Energy saving

1) The flame channel is designed in a spiral shape so that the heat can be fully utilized.

2) Recirculate the residual gas generated during the pyrolysis process to the combustion furnace to heat the reactor.

3) Insulation cover composition: stiffener, steel plate, rock wool and refractory cement. Excellent thermal insulation helps to save fuel
