【Introduction】 Softener Flake FC is fatty compound , applied in cotton, hemp and blending fabric handle finishing, especially apply to white pure cotton, terylene/cotton soft finishing, can give fabric smooth, soft handle style.

Appearance: white or light yellow Flakes

Dissolution: dip in warm water and warm up to dissolve beat up enough.

【Application】

Soft finish of nature fibre, its blended knitting and tatting textiles and garment

【Usage amount for reference 】 

(1)Dipping Process: 10% Softener Softener flake FC     2-5 %( o.w.f)

(2)Padding Process: 10% Softener Softener flake FC     15-40g/l

【Dilution】

Add the softener flakes in room temperature, heated until to the 4o-45℃ with continuous stirring, maintaining 30 minutes. Stir fully to be dissolved completely. Inspect the appearance, and the qualified product is dispersible completely latex in water (it is better to be observed in the glass cup). Filtrate (160mesh terylene net, etc.) and then the product can be used.
